Mary Stayed Out All Night is such a disappointment. I was all hopes for this drama but it was a very big disappointment. Boring plot, too much cliches, all fan service! Every episode is a “dead end”! LOL! What happened MSOAN writers?!?

Luckily, I haven’t watched Sungkyunkwan Scandal yet so instead of wasting my time watching the dragging MSOAN, I turned my attention to SKKS. I love SKKS– trendy and historical at the same time. Well, I won’t write recaps here (I’ll leave it to skilled fans, just google haha) but I’ll post this depressing insert song of the drama since I’m a little depressed this 2011, hayyyy since it’s from JYJ haha.. The song really suits JaeJoong’s depressing voice and I’m now turning my back to Jang Geun Suk’s voice until he redeems himself in his next drama!lol! MSOAN’s fault. ^_^

Haven’t had the chance to start either of these series but your thoughts on MSOAN seems to be the general opinion going around town. Alas, I will still watch this for THE BOYS xD But you could always throw in an eppy or two of You’re Beautiful to help get over your current trauma ;P
I’ve heard nothing but “You must watch SKKS now!!!” about SKKS, so, I’m guessing that’s a good thing

Try watching MSOAN and let’s see if you got other things to say about the series (which I doubt!) hehehe.. And yes, I only watched it because of the THE BOYS xD And you’re right, Hwang Tae Kyung >> Kang Mu Gyul of MSOAN. He’s so feminine and cheesy in MSOAN!
You must watch SKKS now Jicks!!! Lol! ^_^
The drama is really good, it’s similar to You’re beautiful plus the political, historical, and adventure scenes

I’m actually currently watching Beethoven Virus and it’s kinda startling to see the change in his image. I heard he went to lose a further something like 7kg after You’re Beautiful to fit the role in MSOAN? (Or was it for YB?? I don’t remember lol) so I guess you can say that Jang Geun Suk does take his work very seriously by wanting to “morph” into his characters, wanting to BE them. Something I do admire & respect. But truth be told, I would kinda prefer if he manned his image back up a bit more^^;
Would watch SKKS now if I had it!
lol When I get my hands on a copy I will rip straight in & let you know how I go

Agree @ Jang Geun Suk’s “morph”, I also admire him for that, he is really serious with his job!
I’m actually looking forward to his Kimi Wa Petto portrayal, (which btw, I’ve read somewhere in one of your posts? hehe), are there any updates regarding that series?or is it a movie?
and one more thing jicks, I love your HERO post, an avid Chinese/HK movie fan here btw, hehe! Glad to know we share the same sentiments with HERO
